• "Client / User": Any individual or entity inquiring about or contracting residential interior design services.
• "Deliverables": Architectural plans, moodboards, 3D renderings, material boards, and bespoke furniture designs produced by Islandia.

3. Scope of Design Services

Information on this website serves as a portfolio representation and preliminary service description. Formal contractual commitments, project timelines, payment milestones, and itemized EGP budgets are established solely through a separate signed Residential Design Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including architectural photography, brand logos, custom illustrations, text, and 3D renderings—is the exclusive intellectual property of Islandia Design Studio SAE. Unapproved reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under Egyptian Law No. 82/2002 on Intellectual Property Rights.

5. User Conduct & Form Submissions

When using our contact form, you agree to provide truthful, accurate information. You must not submit malicious code, fraudulent inquiries, or unsolicited commercial mass communication (spam).

6. Limitation of Liability
